A conscious lifestyle store based in California, West Agenda is a female-run business with a clear idea about its aims but wanted help telling a story that would resonate with its target audience.
Working with West Agenda on its digital branding strategy, we quickly realised the magic ingredient in this brand is its founder, Shannon. This allowed us to build a powerful, authentic brand story, sharing a personal journey with the target audience to create a connection.
The essence of this brand is centred around kindness to ourselves, each other and our planet. And it was this idea that led us to create a movement, the kindness movement, which informed the brand pillars, its mission and vision statements and the tone of voice that would allow West Agenda to speak its truth.
