Quotation & Payment Terms

• Payment Policy: Large projects (over $3,000 USD) can be paid in two installments via PayPal or bank transfer. If you choose this option, the second payment is due after the first stage is complete.

• Project Initiation: We can't begin a project until we've received the full payment or the initial installment.

• Cancellations: Once a project has started, it cannot be partially canceled. Full payment is required for any project already underway due to the time and resources invested.

General Terms

• Project Requirements: You must complete the order requirements form to begin your project. The information you provide will be the foundation for our work. If you add new requirements after the project has started, an additional fee of $195 USD per hour may apply to cover the extra research and development time. Please be thorough and accurate.

• Written Requirements and Changes: The project requirements and change requests must be submitted in writing to avoid any confusion or loss of information.

• Project Timeline: Our development times are based on our quality standards and our current project queue. We cannot fast-track confirmed projects.

• Project Approval: After we deliver a project phase, you have up to 10 days to request changes or provide feedback. If we don't hear from you within this timeframe, that phase will be considered automatically approved.

• Cancellations: A project cannot be canceled once you have submitted the requirements.

• AI Policy: While we don't use AI for core creative tasks like strategy, briefing, writing, or content creation, we do use it to support and expand our capacity. We see AI as a tool to maximize our skills, much like a magician with a magic wand.

• Copyright & Usage

  All ownership rights of the final approved material (not drafts) will be automatically transferred to you. This will also be added to your invoice. If a client uses a draft, they will be invoiced separately for the rights to that specific material.

• Requirements: The project requirements and change requests must be submitted in writing to avoid any confusion or loss of information.

I. Branding

All branding services are subject to our general terms, along with the following specific conditions.

• Expected Development Times: 

• Development times can vary based on the time it takes to receive and send feedback.

  • Brand Strategy: 14-20 business days

  • Brand Voice, Tone, and Other Elements: 5-10 business days

  • Brand Naming: 10-20 business days

  • Brand Visual Identity: 7-10 business days

  • Brand Book: 7-10 business days

  • Logo Design: 7-20 business days

  • Full Brand Development: 30-40 business days

• Brand Naming & Logo Service

  • Domain Names: The internet is a global marketplace for domains, so we highly recommend you buy your selected domain as soon as possible to prevent it from being purchased by someone else. Once you buy a domain name we've provided, this part of the project will be marked as complete.

  • Trademarks: If you trademark more than one name from our provided list, an additional fee will be applied for the use of each extra name.

• Brand Strategy & Story

  • Business Details: Please provide detailed materials about your business to help us create a comprehensive brief. If you ask us to research additional competitors beyond those you initially provided, an extra hourly fee of $195 USD will be applied. We will notify you before we begin this additional research.

• Brand Development

  • Meetings & Changes:

    • The project includes a maximum of five video meetings. Additional meetings can be added for a fee of $195 USD per call.

    • If you request a change in creative direction after the project has started, an additional fee of $195 USD per hour will apply to cover the new development and implementation time.

  • Revisions: 

  • The number of changes included per project will be listed in your project quote. If something is not included, please request it.

II. Content

All content services are subject to our general terms, along with the following specific conditions.

• Expected Development Times: 

• Development times can vary based on the time it takes to receive and send feedback.

  • Web Content: 7-10 business days for content up to 1500 words.

  • Blog Post: The timeline starts at 5 working days, depending on the length and number of posts.

  • Press Release: The timeline starts at 5 working days, depending on the length and number of posts.

  • Content Strategy: 7-10 business days.

  • Email and Social Content: 3-5 days for a post or email of up to 200 words. This can vary based on the length and number of emails or posts.

• Keyword Research: 

• Our keyword research is focused on a maximum of two countries per project to align with your target customer's needs and specific search terms. Additional research for other countries will require a separate quote.

• Website Implementation: 

• Our content services do not include uploading URLs, meta descriptions, or content to your website. This is a separate service charged at an hourly rate of $145 USD.

• Service Scope: 

• Content strategy and content writing are separate services. A content strategy project doesn't include writing, and a content writing project doesn't include a strategy. Please request both services if needed.

• Revisions: 

• The number of changes included per project will be listed in your project quote. If something is not included, please request it.

III. WIX Studio Web Development

All web development services are subject to our general and content terms, along with the following conditions.

• Advanced Functionality: 

• Our basic web development packages don't include advanced functionality like forms connected to cloud databases or a CRM. These features will be quoted separately.

• SEO & Marketing: 

• SEO marketing campaigns are not included in our basic web development packages. To get your site crawled and start ranking, you will need an additional SEO service.

• Domain & Email Connection: 

• The connection of your domain to Wix services is included. However, the creation of email accounts on Wix or a Google account is optional and must be quoted separately.

• Google Search Console: 

• The connection to Google Search Console and sitemaps is not included and must be quoted separately.

• Revisions: A maximum of 20 website development changes are included in a full project. Please use them wisely. Any extra changes will be charged at an additional hourly rate of $195 USD.
